The pack committee is a cross between a board of directors and a parent support group. It sets pack policies and handles administrative functions, allowing the Cubmaster and Den Leaders to focus on working directly with the Scouts.

The Chartered Organization Representative is a member of the chartered organization and serves as the liaison between the chartered organization and Scouting.

The Pack Committee Chair organizes the committee to see that all functions are delegated, coordinated and completed. They help maintain a close relationship with the chartered organization representative and Cubmaster.
