Pack Leadership
The Cubmaster and Den Leaders are the primary contacts for the Scouts. They are there to work directly with the Scouts providing direction, coaching and support.
An adult, usually a parent, serves as a Den Leader. They carry out the activities related to adventures as they are presented in the Cub Scout’s handbook and the Den Leader Guide.

The leader of the pack meeting is the Cubmaster. In addition to serving as the master of ceremonies the Cubmaster provides support to Den Leaders.

Lion Den Leader
A Lion Den consists of youth (boys and girls) that are in Kindergarten. They typically attend two meetings a month. The first meeting is a Den Meeting, where they work on their Lion Adventures. The second is the monthly Pack Meeting, where they meet up with all the other ranks, den leaders and Cubmaster.
Lion Youth must always have one-to-one leadership, whereas a parent or guardian must always attend meetings and events with the youth.

Tiger Den Leader
A Tiger Den consists of youth (boys and girls) that are in first grade. They typically attend weekly meetings. The weekly meetings are where they work on their Tiger Adventures. They also attend a monthly Pack Meeting, where they meet up with all the other ranks, den leaders and Cubmaster.
Tiger Youth must always have one-to-one leadership, whereas a parent or guardian must always attend meetings and events with the youth.

Wolf Den Leader
A Wolf Den consists of youth (boys and girls) that are in second grade. They typically attend weekly meetings. The weekly meetings are where they work on their Wolf Adventures. They also attend a monthly Pack Meeting, where they meet up with all the other ranks, den leaders and Cubmaster.
Wolf Youth are no longer required to have one-to-one leadership, but we still encourage parent or guardian involvement with their youth at all meetings an events.

Bear Den Leader
A Bear Den consists of youth (boys and girls) that are in third grade. They typically attend weekly meetings. The weekly meetings are where they work on their Bear Adventures. They also attend a monthly Pack Meeting, where they meet up with all the other ranks, den leaders and Cubmaster.
Bear Youth are not required to have one-to-one leadership, but we still encourage parent or guardian involvement with their youth at all meetings an events.

A Webelos Den consists of youth (boys and girls) that are in fourth grade. They typically attend weekly meetings. The weekly meetings are where they work on their Webelos Adventures. They also attend a monthly Pack Meeting, where they meet up with all the other ranks, den leaders and Cubmaster.
Webelos Youth are not required to have one-to-one leadership, but we still encourage parent or guardian involvement with their youth at all meetings an events.

An Arrow of Light Den consists of youth (boys and girls) that are in fifth grade. They typically attend weekly meetings. The weekly meetings are where they work on their Arrow of Light Adventures. They also attend a monthly Pack Meeting, where they meet up with all the other ranks, den leaders and Cubmaster.
Arrow of Light Youth are not required to have one-to-one leadership, but we still encourage parent or guardian involvement with their youth at all meetings an events.
